We fully understand the importance of privacy and personal information to users (referred to as "you") and we will take sufficient and appropriate measures to protect the information you share with us.
This Privacy Policy (referred to as "Policy") explains to you how we process (including collect, use, store and share) and protect your personal information when you use the NOITOM ROBOTICS products and services (referred to as "the Product"). In this Policy, the provisions which may be significant to your legitimate interests are drawn in bold form to draw your attention. Please read carefully and understand thoroughly before using the Product.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes and rules described in this Policy. If you do not provide relevant information or do not agree to our collection of relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or enjoy some of the services we provide or achieve good service results.
Scope
This Policy covers personal information collected via:
- Our website and pages that link to this Policy;
- Contact/lead forms and email sign-ups; and
- Our marketing emails.
It does not cover: customer data processed in our products or services environments; job applications; supplier/partner portals; or offline events unless those collection points link to this notice.
(I) Rules on the Collection of Personal Information
- Main Collection and Usage Scenarios
1.1 Log-in To facilitate your login and use this Product, we need to collect your user account and password, mobile phone number (if you provide it), email information, name, company/role, industry, city, country, occupation and the content of your message.
1.2 Marketing preferences: your choices regarding email marketing.
1.3 Device and service logs: limited technical logs generated by our hosting provider necessary to operate the site (e.g., IP address, user agent, referrer, time stamps, pages requested).
1.4 Cookies/SDKs and online identifiers: cookies, pixels, and SDKs from the platforms listed above may collect online identifiers and event data (e.g., page views, clicks, form interactions, ad conversions) for ad measurement and audience management. These load only after consent in the EU/UK; see our Cookie Policy for details.
- How we use personal data (purposes)
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information. Provide customer support, manage subscriptions and respond to requests, questions and comments;
- Operate and secure the website (fraud/abuse prevention, debugging, availability);
- Advertising and measurement: assess ad performance, create or suppress audiences, and optimize campaigns on the platforms named above (consent where required);
- Conduct research and analysis (for example, market and consumer research and analysis, and trend analysis);
- Analyze users' behavior when using our Services to customize users' preferences;
- Send marketing emails when you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time. Communicate about, and administer participation in, special events, programs, surveys, contests, sweepstakes, and other offers and promotions;
- Customize, measure, and improve our websites properties;
- Analyze and develop new products, services and websites;
- Maintain suppression lists to respect opt-outs;
- Prevent, detect, identify, investigate, and protect against potential or actual claims, liabilities, prohibited behavior, and criminal activity;
- Comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, agreements and policies; and
- Perform other activities consistent with this Policy.
Legal bases by region
- EU/EEA and UK (GDPR): (i) Legitimate interests for essential site operation and security; (ii) Consent for advertising/measurement cookies and for marketing emails; (iii) Contract where we agree to provide specific information you request; (iv) Legal obligation for compliance/requests.
- Japan (APPI): we specify purposes of use above; we obtain consent for marketing emails and for certain cross-border transfers as described below.
- United States: we provide notice and honor state privacy rights, including opt-out of sale/share for targeted advertising.
- Mainland China (PIPL): we offer and sell services to individuals and organizations in Mainland China. Where PIPL applies, we obtain the required consents (including separate consent for sensitive personal information where applicable), provide region-specific disclosures, and implement appropriate safeguards.
- Exception to Obtaining Consent
According to the relevant laws and regulations, your consent is not required for the collection of your personal information in the following circumstances:
(1) Where necessary to perform statutory duties or obligations; (2) Where necessary to conclude or perform a contract with you; (3) Where necessary to respond to sudden public health incidents, or to protect the life, health and property security for natural persons under emergency; (4) When carry out news reports, public opinion supervision and other acts for the public interest, and process personal information within a reasonable range; (5) Processing personal information that is already disclosed by natural persons themselves or otherwise lawfully disclosed, within a reasonable scope; (6) Otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations.
(II) Rules on the Use of Personal Information

We may use the collected personal information in accordance with this Policy and for the purpose of achieving the function of the Product and/or Services.

Please note that all the personal information you provide during the use of the Product and/or Services will be authorized to our continuously using for the period that you use the Product and/or Services, unless you delete or refuse us to collect it through your system setup.

We may compile statistics on the use of the Product and/or Services in order to demonstrate the overall usage trend of the Product and/or Services. However, these statistics do not contain any identifying information about you.

If we want to use your personal information for purposes not stated in this Privacy Policy, or the information we collect for a specific purpose is used for other purposes, we will ask you for our prior consent before such use.
II. How We Store Your Personal Information
(I) Storage Location
The personal information that we collect and generate through the Product will be stored in Singapore.
If it is necessary to cross-border transfer the relevant user information collected in Singapore to overseas institutions for the purpose of carrying out cross-border business, we will obtain your consent separately and comply with the laws, administrative regulations, provisions of relevant regulatory authorities and Section VI of this policy. We will ensure that your personal information is adequately protected.
(II) Storage Period
We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Product Privacy Policy and for the time limit required by laws and regulations. We will delete or anonymize your personal information beyond the necessary time limit. If it is technically difficult to delete the information, we will stop processing information except storage or taking necessary security measures.
Email opt-out records are retained to honor your choices.
If we cease to operate the Product, we will promptly cease to collect personal information from users. We will notify you of the suspension of operation in an announcement or similar form, and we will delete or anonymize the personal information (if any) we store.
III. How We Share, Transfer and Disclose Your Personal Information
We will only share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information with your consent, or as permitted by laws and regulations.
(I) Sharing
- With Affiliates
We may share your personal information with our affiliates in the event that our affiliated companies provide you or us with Products or Services. However, we will only share necessary information and the process of your personal information by affiliates shall be governed by this Policy. If our affiliated companies want to change the purpose for processing your information, we will obtain your consent again.
- With Service Providers and Partners
We remind you to be aware and have a clear understanding of the service provider that provides your Services and how it collects and uses your personal information:
to ensure the user experience, we share personal information with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (Singapore) to operate the site and store form submissions;
- Email delivery provider (Mainland China) to send marketing emails you request or consent to receive;
- Advertising/measurement platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, Discord, WeChat, Baidu) and related tag/consent-management providers to measure campaigns and manage audiences;
- Professional advisors and authorities where required by law.
We do not use automated decision-making (including profiling) that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, unless such processing is: (i) necessary for entering into or performing a contract with you; (ii) authorized by applicable law; or (iii) based on your explicit consent. Where we rely on your consent, you have the right to obtain human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision.
With respect to the companies, organizations or individuals with whom we share users' information, we shall enter into a strict confidentiality agreement, data processing agreement or other binding documents with equivalent legal nature with them to make clear their responsibilities for the protection of personal information and require them to deal with your information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and any other relevant security measures.
Cookie Policy
Summary
We use: (a) strictly necessary cookies to operate and secure the site, and (b) advertising and measurement cookies/pixels to evaluate and improve campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X, Discord, WeChat, and Baidu.
Consent and control
- EU/UK: Non-essential cookies (advertising/measurement) load only after your consent. Our banner provides Accept / Reject / Manage with equal prominence. You can withdraw consent anytime via Cookie Settings.
- United States: Where state law treats ad/measurement cookies as a sale/share for targeted advertising, you may opt out via Do Not Sell or Share and Cookie Settings. We honor recognized browser signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other state-recognized mechanisms.
- Elsewhere: We apply comparable transparency and controls.
What we use and why
- Strictly necessary (first-party): session identifier; CSRF token; load balancer routing; security/CDN (e.g., WAF/DDoS).
- Advertising and measurement: platform pixels/SDKs to record page views, clicks, and conversions; build or suppress audiences; and attribute campaign performance.
Third-party platforms
Google Ads - LinkedIn Insight - Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) - X Pixel - Discord integrations - WeChat JS SDK - Baidu ads/analytics. These providers may set their own cookies and receive data according to their privacy policies. See their sites for more info and additional opt-outs.
Managing cookies
Use Cookie Settings (footer link) to change your choices at any time, or adjust your browser settings. If you clear cookies, you'll need to reapply preferences.
(II) International data Transfer
From the EU/EEA/UK: We transfer contact data to the Singapore (hosting). Advertising/measurement partners may process data in multiple countries. We rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures). We perform transfer assessments and limit access.
From Japan: Where APPI requires, we disclose information about foreign regimes and obtain consent or implement appropriate measures before transferring.
From other regions: We use comparable safeguards as applicable.
With the development of the business of NOITOM ROBOTICS Group, we or our affiliates may enter the merger, acquisition, assets transfer or other similar transactions. If the relevant transactions involve the transfer of users' personal information, we shall inform the name, contact method of the new receiver, as well as request the new companies, organizations or individuals that hold the users' personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy; otherwise we shall request such companies, organizations or individuals to obtain your consent again.
(III) Public Disclosure
We may not publicly disclose your personal information only when your separate consent has been obtained, or it is required by related laws and regulations.
(IV) Exceptions
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may lawfully share, transfer or publicly disclose your personal information without your consent in the following circumstances:
- Where necessary to conclude or perform a contract to which the individual concerned is a party;
- Where necessary to perform legal duties or legal obligations; (3) Where necessary to respond to sudden public health incidents, or to protect the life, health and property safety of natural persons under emergency; (4) Conducting news reports, public opinion supervision and other acts for the public interest, and process personal information within a reasonable range; (5) Lawfully processing personal information that is already disclosed by natural persons themselves or otherwise lawfully disclosed, within a reasonable scope.
IV. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We have taken industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss.

We announce the Privacy Policy, achieve transparency in the processing of user information, and establish feedback channels for users' comments, subject to public scrutiny.

We encrypt, transmit and store identifiable personally identifiable information to ensure the confidentiality of data.

Our server systems that store users' personal information are all operating systems that have been hardened by security.

We regularly provide trainings to our staff about personal information protection laws and regulations, in order to enhance their personal information protection awareness.

If, unfortunately, any of physical, technical or administrative protection measures are damaged, we will initiate an emergency plan in a timely manner to prevent the expansion of the incident. We will report the incident to the state competent authorities as required by laws and regulations, and inform you of the basic situation, possible impact, measures already taken or to be taken of the security incident by reasonable and effective ways such as pushing and announcement.
Please note that the Internet is not an absolute secure environment, so you are kindly advised to use complex passwords and to keep your account number and password properly. If you find that your personal information has been disclosed, in particular your account number and password, please contact us through the contact information provided in this policy immediately so that we can take appropriate measures.
V. Your Rights
- We provide a unified process to exercise rights (see "How to exercise your rights"). Your rights depend on your location and may include access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection/opt-out.
- EU/EEA and UK: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (including to direct marketing). You may withdraw cookie/email consent at any time. You may complain to your supervisory authority.
- United States (state laws): access, correction, deletion, and appeal. We share limited data for targeted advertising; you can opt out via Cookie Settings, or a recognized browser signal (e.g., GPC) where required.
- Japan: notification of purposes, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion, suspension of use or provision to third parties.
- Mainland China: where PIPL applies, rights to access/copy, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent.
2. Deletion of Personal Information
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information by notifying us in the following circumstances:
(1) The purpose of the processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
(2) Our processing of your personal information violates this Policy and the laws and regulations.
(3) You deregister, uninstall, no longer use this Product and/or Services, or you withdraw your consent.
(4) We stop providing Services to you.
Please understand that each business function needs some basic information to be performed. After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we cannot provide the corresponding Services to you anymore, and we will not process your corresponding information anymore. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the processing of information previously carried out based on your consent or authorization.
3. United States StateSpecific Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights, such as:
- The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising (as defined under state law);
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information; and
- The right to appeal a denial of your privacy request.

4. Address Your Concerns
If you have any questions, comments, suggestions or complaints regarding this Policy and the processing of your personal information, you can contact us by the contact information provided in Section X of this Policy. We will try to address your concerns. If your request contains personal information that does not belong to you, exceeds reasonable limits, requires excessive technical means (such as the need to develop new systems or fundamentally change existing practices), may infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others, is impractical, or if we have other legitimate reasons, we may refuse to respond to your request and explain the reasons to you. We will respond to your request within 30 business days. If the situation is complicated and thus we need to extend the time limit for solution, we will also explain to you within 60 business days.
The contact information provided by you when you send your feedback will be used only for communication and feedback by our user hotline. Unless explicitly agreed by the user and/or expressly provided by law, we will not provide such information to any third party.
VI. How Your Personal Information being Transferred Globally
In principle, the personal information that is collected and generated during our operation will be stored within Singapore. Only when required by laws and regulations, necessary for business development, etc., will we carry out the corresponding cross-border data transfer.
We ensure that all cross-border transfer of your personal information will be conducted with full notification to you and with your separate consent, and that we will take technical measures such as encryption before transfer and during storage to protect data security. In addition, we will take appropriate measures to ensure compliance with this Policy and applicable local laws, such as conducting necessary security assessment on cross-border data transfer, reviewing data recipient's capabilities to protect data, signing data protection agreement or data transfer agreement, etc.
VII. Protection of Children's Personal Information

This Product is mainly aimed at adults. Without the consent of the guardian, a child (i.e., a minor under the age of 13, or under the age specified in your jurisdiction) shall not create his/her own user account.

With respect to the collection of a child's personal information with the consent of the guardian, we will only process a child's personal information where it is permitted by law, explicitly agreed by the guardian, or necessary for the protection of the child.
